Cancellation Policy: 

Cancellation through June 3, 2027 (121+ days out): Full refund, minus a $100 processing fee. Or a one-time transfer to next year's event.

Cancellation June 4–July 3, 2027 (91–120 days out): 50% refund, minus a $100 processing fee. Transfers may be possible.

Cancellation July 4, 2027 or later (90 days or less): No refund. 

No refunds for late arrivals, no-shows, or services you did not use. All refunds are subject to the applicable processing fee.

Registrations may not be transferred to another person without our written approval.
