In 1999, legendary master artist Harley Brown taught his last workshop — a sold-out event that artists would have given anything to attend.
Now, after a 25-year hiatus, he's back and ready to share the secrets that have made him one of the most influential artists of our time.
As a member of the “Tucson 7”, Harley spent many years in Tucson, AZ along with his wife Carol and has gained an international reputation from both art colleagues, patrons, dealers and art events.
He has since returned to Canada and resides in Surrey, B.C. where he and Carol still enjoy a life filled with creative adventures. It was his return to Canada where we regained such a significant Canadian talent who continues to influence in Canada and abroad.
He is active in social media, where he personally joins artists globally with his impressive use of pastels. This includes his willingness to teach others with his magnificent portraits and responding to the many students and adoring fans. They refer to him as “Canada’s gift to all artists”.
